According to Ktown4u, a global entertainment platform with a strong international fanbase, Kim’s latest single, SEQUENCE #4, claimed the number one spot on the weekly album sales chart for the period of December 22–28. The single sold an impressive 5,443 copies during this time.

Kim Jaejoong released SEQUENCE #4 on December 26, commemorating his 21 years in the music industry. The title SEQUENCE carries multiple meanings, including "order" and "a scene depicting a continuous theme in a film," symbolizing the musical narratives Kim seeks to express through this project.

As an artist deeply involved in the production of his work, Kim Jaejoong infused SEQUENCE #4 with personal significance. He described it as representing "another beginning" in his journey, following his experiences as part of a group, a unit, and a solo artist.

The single was officially released at 6 PM on December 26, marking a significant moment for both the artist and his fans.
