'BATTER UP', to be released at midnight on the 27th

(MHNSPORTS Heewon Kim reporter) HARAM, the last runner of YG's new girl group BABYMONSTER, changed her stage name and released her visual film.

On the 23rd, YG Entertainment posted a visual film and photo of BABYMONSTER HARAM, now RAMI on their official blog.

RAMI showed off her hip-ish charm by matching a powerful red dress with unique hair accessories.

RAMI is a 16-year-old Korean member with aspirations to continue the lineage of ‘YG-style’ traditional vocalists. It is said that she even had the ability to reinterpret songs in her own musical style.

Regarding the new stage name RAMI, YG Entertainment said, "I created it based on the nickname that the members usually called HARAM, which is RAM. In the dictionary, RAMI also contains the meaning of love, happiness, and first light. I hope RAMI becomes a good singer who delivers love and happiness to everyone through her voice.”

With this, BABYMONSTER has all been unveiled, from Chiquita to Asa, Rora, Pharita, Ruka, and Rami. Like the title of their debut song 'BATTER UP', which is the signal used by a baseball umpire to call the next batter, the six members are ready to go to bat.

Meanwhile, YG's new girl group BABYMONSTER will debut with their debut song, 'BATTER UP' at midnight on the 27th.
